Success Story
From legacy systems to an AI-adopted product

Some clients were operating with legacy software that blocked their integration with SAP and limited their scalability. Once the technical layer was resolved, the next problem was that their AI was already implemented but no one was using it. We executed both phases: first we connected the systems, then we transformed the experience so that the technology would truly be adopted.

An end-to-end engagement: infrastructure + experience
Zero friction
From manual workflows to adaptive AI-powered flows
+adoption
From low adoption to AI-first interfaces with integrated copilot
Challenge
The client came to us with two problems that were, in reality, one: technology that couldn't be used.
At the infrastructure layer, they were operating with proprietary software and legacy systems that were difficult to modify. Integration with SAP was unfeasible without prior work to translate business logic between systems. Without that connection, operational scalability was blocked, and interaction with other companies in the ecosystem was limited.
At the product layer, the problem was the opposite: they already had AI implemented at a technical level, but it hadn't translated into user experience. Static interfaces, rigid workflows, and high manual effort led to low adoption and eroded their competitive advantage against native AI solutions entering the market.
Two symptoms, same cause: technology built without considering who would use it or how.
Solution
We executed two projects in sequential phases. The first resolved the technical foundation;
Integration of legacy systems and SAP:
- Complete mapping of the legacy application and its endpoints to understand the true scope of the integration
- Translation of business logic between systems: legacy → SAP, preserving the client's specific rules
- Integration of complex workflows with a DevOps-oriented architecture to facilitate maintenance and future evolution
UX/UI transformation layer for AI adoption:
- AI-oriented UX audit: diagnosis of friction points, adoption gaps, and improvement opportunities on the base product
- Interface redesign with AI-first patterns: incorporating copilots, contextual recommendations, and adaptive flows
- User behavior analysis and conversational and assisted interfaces
- Output visualization: transforming complex data into actionable interfaces, with explainability and control in the user's hands

AI that no one uses isn't a competitive advantage. It's a liability.
Impact
The result wasn't just technical. The client went from having technology blocked on two fronts—infrastructure and experience—to operating with connected systems and an AI-powered product that people actually use.
Key results:
- Functional integration with SAP on a legacy architecture without rewriting the existing system
- Elimination of manual workflows and rigid processes that hindered daily operations
- AI-adopted product: from low adoption to an AI-first interface with copilot, contextual recommendations, and insight visualization
- Faster, more economical process with greater clarity for decision-making
"The process has been faster, more economical, and provided us with clarity for decision-making."

Smart Tech Access: How it works
For Venturest clients, executing technology projects ceased to be a nightmare. Through a guided system and proprietary technology, companies describe their needs, receive validated proposals, and launch projects with specialized partners without endless interviews or uncertainty about the outcome.
This approach ensures that each provider is aligned with the client's objectives, timelines, and budget. Everything is managed in a single environment: from challenge definition to final delivery, with complete traceability.
