VENTUREST is a platform for contracting technological solutions, AI-based products, digital services, and connecting companies with specialized providers. Its use is governed by these Terms.

The User agrees not to use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent purposes or purposes that damage its operation. Unauthorized access attempts to systems, accounts, or databases are prohibited. VENTUREST may suspend or cancel access in case of misuse.

To access certain features, it is necessary to create an account. The User affirms that the information provided is truthful and undertakes to safeguard their credentials and notify of any unauthorized use. The User is responsible for the activity carried out from their account.

Some functionalities require payment. Fees will indicate whether they include taxes. They are non-refundable unless required by law. VENTUREST may modify prices or plans, providing reasonable advance notice. The User guarantees the legitimacy of the payment method used.

All content of the Service (texts, images, designs, software, and trademarks) is the property of VENTUREST or its licensors. The User may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without authorization. By uploading their own content, the User grants VENTUREST a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with the operation of the Service.

VENTUREST does not guarantee the complete absence of errors, interruptions, or failures, nor does it ensure the suitability of the Service for a specific purpose. The User uses the Service at their own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by Spanish law, VENTUREST shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. VENTUREST's total liability will be limited to the amount paid by the User in the last 12 months. This does not affect consumers' non-waivable rights.

VENTUREST may collect identification data (name, email, phone), usage and browsing data, billing data, and any data necessary for the provision of the Service.

Data is used to manage the contractual relationship, allow access to the Service, send necessary communications, improve the platform, and, when consent is given, send commercial information.

The applicable legal bases are: contract performance, consent, legitimate interest, and compliance with legal obligations.

Data may be shared with technology and payment providers necessary to operate the Service, as well as with authorities when there is a legal obligation.

If tools outside the EU are used, protection will be ensured through Standard Contractual Clauses or other appropriate mechanisms.

Data will be retained as long as a contractual relationship exists and, subsequently, for the legal retention periods or until the User requests its deletion, where applicable.

This document is governed by Spanish law. Unless otherwise stipulated by consumer protection regulations, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, Spain.
